PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY ACCESSING AND USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS WE MAY MAKE, WHICH GOVERN THE USE OF OUR SERVICES PROVIDED BY FLY LIMOUSINE SERVICES.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel a reservation, customers must use either the phone or email. A confirmation email of the cancellation will be sent, and it is essential for the client to keep this email as proof of cancellation. In case the cancellation confirmation email is not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the office at (647-499-8136) OR (855-499-8136) to ensure the cancellation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy for sedans/SUVs: Cancellations for sedans/SUVs must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in a Cancellation Fee equivalent to ONE HOUR or ONE WAY fare plus HST.
Cancellation Policy for Large Vehicles: This includes, Coach Buses, Party Buses, Stretch Sedans, Stretch SUVs, and Stretch Hummers. Cancellations for these vehicles must be made at least 14 DAYS prior to the reservation date. A 25% deposit is required upon booking, and it is non-refundable. According to our company policy, if a cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the service date, we will charge 50% of the total quoted amount.
CHANGE POLICY
At Fly Limousine Services, we have certain guidelines regarding changes to ensure smooth and efficient service. All change requests must be submitted via phone or email and cannot be made directly with our drivers. It is important to notify us of any changes at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time for all orders. Please note that changes are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to accommodate a requested change, which subsequently leads to a cancellation, you will be held responsible for the full payment of the original order. We strive to provide the best service possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our change policy.
CHARGES
We accept cash and all major credit cards and also provide monthly billing to our corporate accounts, by phone and online options are also available. Please be advised that the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. You also provide explicit authorization to Fly Limousine Services to charge your credit card for the entire amount pertaining to your reservation with Fly Limousine Services. In the event of a no-show, your credit card will be charged in full. It is important to note that once the cancellation period cut-off time has passed, the service is considered provided, regardless of whether you enter the vehicle or not.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Rates quoted prior to service rendered are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. As a consequence of placing your booking, you might encounter some additional charges associated with your reservation, these charges may include:
- Extra Stops on Route: If additional stops are requested or required and were not specified at the time of booking, an additional charge will be applied.
- Exceeding Waiting Time: We allow a 10-minute grace waiting time after the actual requested service due time, In the event that the scheduled waiting time is exceeded, an additional waiting time charge will be incurred.
- Toll Route Request: Should you choose to utilize a toll route during your journey, toll charges will be applied accordingly.
- Airport Pickup: If you are expecting a delay (i.e. lost luggage or delay) you must let the dispatch know. It may cost extra for the additional wait.
- Pre-arranged Fee: All passengers have to pay a pre-arranged fee upon getting to their preferred company’s vehicle at Toronto Pearson Airport, the charges are per vehicle type.
- Sedan, van or SUV – $15.00
- Stretch limousine or cargo van, like Sprinter, Transit, etc. (max. 12 seats) – $27.00
- Mini-bus (13 to 25 seats) – $49.00
- Bus (26+ seats) – $93.00

PICKUP PROCEDURE AT TORONTO PEARSON AIRPORT.
Pickup procedure at Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal 1.
1- Get your luggage.
2- Exit the arrival gate.
3- Go to the security desk at pre-arranged Door “A”.
4- Tell them your name and company name Fly Limousine Services.
5- Your limo will arrive within 2 minutes.

Pickup procedure at Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal 3.
1- Get your luggage.
2- Exit the arrival gate.
3- Go to the security desk at pre-arranged Door “A” or Post #9.
4- Tell them your name and company name Fly Limousine Services.
5- Your limo will arrive within 2 minutes.

Please be advised: that If security says you do not have any pre-arranged booking, call us immediately at (647) 499-8136 / 1-855-499-8136. boarding the wrong limo other than our designated Fly Limousine Services vehicles will be considered a cancellation. In such cases, we may apply a charge to compensate for the time consumed by our chauffeur at the airport. Thank you for your understanding.
LIABILITY
Please note that Fly Limousine Services and its Affiliates assume no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in the vehicle. Fly Limousine Services reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.
TERMINATION
Fly Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate any reservation at any time in the best interest of the Fly Limousine Services Company, customer safety, driver safety, vehicle safety, and federal/provincial/local laws. In case of misconduct by your party, the chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
VEHICLE DAMAGE/CLEANING
The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to Vomit/Sickness ($150 Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($100, Cleaning Fee), Burns, Upholstery Tears (minimum of $500 Replacement/Repair).
Fly Limousine Services cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, heavy traffic, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job as scheduled or complete a Job. In the event that the requested vehicle cannot be provided, Fly Limousine may provide a similar vehicle.
CHILD SEATS
In our commitment to ensuring your child’s safety and comfort during travel, we offer a comprehensive range of selected car seats suitable for children of all ages. Our array includes rear-facing seats for infants, front-facing seats for toddlers, and booster seats for older children. We understand the importance of securing your child with the appropriate car seat, and we spare no effort in providing the utmost convenience and safety. Please note that child seats may not be installed depending on the driver’s knowledge of installation, The driver should not be forced to install them. We take absolutely no responsibility for any mishap that may arise due to the installation of the child seat. It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure child seats are installed properly. We make every effort to make things easier for you.
PETS
We allow pets in our vehicles, Guided Dogs, and small pets in their kennels.
The client agrees that there will be absolutely no smoking in our vehicles, and Alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, The Client also assures us that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles.
